Wills Act 2025
Since 2017, the law commission has been consulting on reforming the law of Wills, aiming to modernise the legal framework governing Wills.
In April this year we expect to see the final report and Draft Bill. Given that the current Wills Act dates back to 1837, this is a long awaited and much needed review.
